Frequently asked questions

Do you take custom or personalized orders?

If you are interested in an item but would prefer a different color, only acrylic or only wool yarn (if for example there is an allergy to some material), size or other (if applicable), feel free to contact me and let me create a custom design for you.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

My goal is for you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase. I stand by my items and make every effort to describe them properly and offer clear photos. Returns will be accepted within 3 days of receiving your purchase, if an item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Return authorizations are required for proper processing via a conversation. Should you need to return your purchase, you will receive a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase, less the shipping.

Customized items and items on sale are a final sale. I do not accept the return of individual orders!

How will my items be shipped?

If item is ready to ship I will send it within 48 hours after payment confirmation (1-3 business day unless otherwise specified).

If item is marked as made to order it will take up to 30 days to complete your item(unless otherwise specified). The pre-holiday buying rush periods may be longer and are stipulated in the convo.

I create all my pieces myself and manually. I try to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, but always with high quality. Important: there is a production time, and then there is a delivery time after dispatch. Read more in "When will I receive my order?"

Do you really hand make everything yourselves? Why such a cost?

YES! I do not outsource to factories. I am happy to take in-progress photos for you of your items upon request.

Each hat is a product of creativity and hard work! Some ideas ripen in my head for a very long time, some are born in a burst of inspiration. Each hat is knitted or crocheted manually. The process of creating from a few hours to several weeks (as in the case of voluminous ethnic hats). I do not use knitting patterns and do not create them (and I will never sell patterns), so each hat is either in a single copy or a repeat made to order that has tiny differences and especially for you).

I put a piece of my soul into every thing and I sincerely believe that my hats will help make your life a little brighter and comfortable.

What about international customs and duty fees?

Customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies widely - you should contact your local customs office for further info.

Will you mark my international parcel as s gift?

All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
At the moment, my store is very small and I do not send a lot of parcels every month, so I can mark your parcel as a gift, sign a greeting card “as if I am sending a gift to a friend” and slightly reduce the cost in the customs declaration. However, I am not responsible for the decision of the customs services (when there is no receipt in the parcel, the workers find a similar product on the Internet and evaluate the investment at their discretion in order to calculate the tax according to the rules of each country). Please contact me and we will discuss your specific situation.

When will I receive my order?

Standard international shipping takes up to 20 BUSINESS days and accept via Ukrpostа, but shipping time may be vary to different countries.

I ship orders after payment confirmation. Estimated terms to arrives (when the date since item mark as shipped). For your convenience, I made delivery profiles where I registered the actual delivery dates by international postal services based on the experience of previous shipments.

Remember, if the goods are not in stock, but the time of its manufacture is made to order separately, and then the international delivery time is added to it.

What if I need an order faster?

Very often, international delivery from Ukraine takes from 15 to 45 business days.

If you need an order by a certain date, I recommend that you choose those of my products that are in stock. And also you have the opportunity to order expedited delivery which takes 7-12 business days!

When paying for such expedited international delivery in the case of an order for a specific reason, please write to me in the notes for the order, or better yet, in the conversation, by what date do you need the order and I will do my best to send the order as soon as possible. Feel free to ask questions - I want you to be happy with your purchases in my store!

Which packaging do you use?

For small shipments, I use bubble parcel envelopes and extra adhesive tape. For large shipments, cardboard boxes and duct tape. In addition, each cap is packed in a zip bag, and to protect knitted products from condensation, I put a small bag of silica gel (desiccant) in each bag.

In order to ensure safe delivery, as well as the integrity and safety of parcels, I have to use artificial sealing materials and polyethylene materials, but I believe that this way the goods will be safe in transit, and you will take care of processing this package.
